Removal Equipment

Safety Instructions

 

Removal Setup

  1. Surface to be clean and dry

  2. Use product undiluted

  3. Test affected surface for product reaction before complete removal begins

  4. We recommend use of a Trigger Spray Atomizer with the General Purpose product

 

Removal Method

Method A - metal, tiles, glass & gloss enamel painted surfaces

  1. Apply Smart Graffiti Kill - General Purpose

  2. Allow 15 seconds to penetrate

  3. Lightly scrub surface and wipe with clean rag

  4. Repeat steps 1 - 3 as required

  5. Rinse or wipe all treated areas with clean water

Method B - unpainted brick & concrete

  1. Wipe over graffiti with wire brush or stiff bristle brush to allow product penetration

  2. Apply Smart Graffiti Kill - Heavy Duty  or Active Graffiti remover with a paint brush, working it into the effected area.  For best results, apply twice.  The Active Graffiti remover can be sprayed on.

  3. Allow 60 seconds to penetrate

  4. Lightly scrub surface with wire brush or stiff bristled brush

  5. Repeat steps 2, 3 & 4 as required

  6. Jet blast or high pressure off with water blaster

Method C - some brick, concrete, stucco and other stubborn surfaces

  1. Wipe over graffiti with wire brush or stiff bristle brush to allow product penetration

  2. Apply Smart Graffiti Kill - Heavy Duty remover with a paint brush, working it into the effected area.  For best results, apply twice.  The Active Graffiti remover can be sprayed on.

  3. Allow 60 seconds to penetrate

  4. Scrub surface with wire brush or stiff bristled brush

  5. Jet blast or high pressure off with water blaster

  6. Repeat steps 2 - 5 as required

 

If you are considering painting out graffiti, we recommend the use of oil base gloss enamel paint.
